As a former English major, there are few times where I’m at a loss for words, but here I am, thinking back on Emmi and Dalton’s wedding day, and I’m not sure how to do it justice. It certainly is a good thing that a picture is worth a thousand words, as I think these pictures are the closest I’ll come to being able to accurately describe this wonderful couple and their amazing wedding day. Emmi and Dalton are the kind of people that just exude a genuine and sure love for one another. If you haven’t seen it yet, make sure you check out their engagement session with their dogs and the one we did at the NC State Fair – I’m sure you’ll catch a glimpse of what I’m talking about. I think that one of the most touching moments during their wedding day was the fact that Dalton included a little note from the dogs in the letters they read during their first look. I may have cried right along with them as I thought about my own husband and our pups! Emmi and Dalton got married at the lovely Houck’s Chapel and then danced the night away at the Crossing at Hollar Mill surrounded by all their wonderful family and friends. Their day was full of classic and romantic touches – from their custom wedding crest to the beautiful blue and white vases that decorated the reception space. I can’t wait to see where their journey takes them, and I’m so so excited that they live in Apex, NC now so we can catch up whenever we want!
